Our books are guaranteed. You can return them for a refund of the value of the books. Shipping costs are not refundable. We only accept returns of books in perfect condition.
If you receive an item damaged in transit, you can get a refund or a replacement, just send us a picture.
If the item is returned to us by mail due to an address error on your part, we can reship it or refund you. In both cases, you will have to pay the equivalent of the shipping cost.
