Sets are often sent separately. If one of them has arrived, the other will follow shortly.
If your order still hasn’t left, contact us to request a change in your shipping address.
When there is an error in the address, the package will come back to us. We can resend or refund you, in both cases you must pay the equivalent of the shipping cost.
We want to keep the price of the books accessible at all times, so they are deliberately low so that more people can get them. We rarely run promotions and do not have a discount code at this time. Discounts are included in the prices if you choose our sets in the store.
Unfortunately, this is not possible, because the charges for tracking numbers would prevent us from offering affordable shipping.

Our books are guaranteed. You can return them for a refund of the value of the books. Delivery charges are not refundable. We only accept returns of books in perfect condition.
The books are made of soft cardboard, like comic book paper. The covers are no more cardboard than the inside pages. Early novels have a harder cover.
Since this is not a method of learning to read, but reading books, all letters are black.
The books are written in detached letters and we only use capital letters when grammatically necessary (beginning of a sentence, proper name…). The rest is in lowercase. See the excerpts.

The syllabic method is used for the progression of books, that is, the presentation of simple syllables to complex syllables is the basis of the 3 Introduction series. Some books include word tags (comprehensive method) to help the child understand the book.

No story is a translation of an existing book. The English version of Clémence au temps du coronavirus was written simultaneously (collaboration of two authors, one French-speaking, the other English-speaking) with the French version, so it is not a translation, but another version of the same book.
